Top 25%

Oh yeah! Thats right my baby finished his first year of Medical school in the top 25% of his class. I have been so excited the last week. Only five more hours till Chris gets a ten week break for the summer. Whoo Hoo! This will be his last official summer break, and even though he will have to fill it with a research job and shadowing. I am glad we will finally have a set schedule for a little while. He will have to study some to keep up what he has already learned, but other than that it will almost be like having an eight to five job. We had our 1/4 of the way done party last weekend and invited some other classmates and their families. It was so much fun I forgot to even take pictures. Hopefully by the time school starts again in August we will be refreshed and ready for the hard stuff.

Benny will also be starting Kindergarten, so I will have plenty to keep me busy. with all the crying and booing I will be doing from missing my baby all day. Hopefully that will only be the first couple of weeks. I am not worried about Benjamin. I am sure I will barely get a wave goodbye on the first day he is so excited. But when I get home I will probably ball like a baby. Benjamin has been such a help around the house with the littles. I am going to actually have to fetch my own diapers and help Caleb put his shoes on the right feet. I think most I will miss his converstations about super heroes and firemen (or maybe I won't miss that so much).

Well anyway this summer marks the end of our lazy wake whenever we want and pick up and go when we want life style. I will miss it, but honestly the kids and I do much better with a schedule. So hopefully we will be less grumpy and I will actually value all my time with Benny and Chris a little more. It will definitely help my gym attendance, since I will have to get up and take Benny to school everyday. Plus Caleb and Joshua will enjoy the attention.

So in honor of the fact that we "Rocked" this last year and it was way easier than we expected, and we made it through with only minor bruises. Here is a song for you second year of Med school. Watch out the Lees are coming and we have no mercy.

These are the meanest faces I could get.
