O.K. so my crazy life finally slowed down enough so I can post again. We had the most amazing family vacation. We went camping to Arches National Park in Moab Utah with our good friends the Sherwoods, who have a little girl Benny's age. They are the best of friends. We had them in the car together the whole trip and they just jabbered and jabbered about the funniest things. One day they got in to an argument cause one of them said we were going back to the camp and the other would say no it's the campsite and they would go back and forth no the camp... no the campsite. Until one of the parents finally said okay enough. It was pretty hilarious to hear them have there 3 year old conversations. We found the greatest little campsite with lots of shade. It was great. The only downfall being no running water and nothing but a pit toilet (which for all you out there who aren't campers that is a deep hole in the ground, which collects your waste at the bottom). So basically it smells absolutely wretched all the time. Anyway besides that our trip was perfect. The weather was nice and we got to go on some really amazing hikes. We hiked almost all the well known Arches including the Delicate Arch. It was amazing. The hike was long and kinda tough for a chubby person like me, but fun and worth it. The scenery was beautiful. It constantly reminds me of how creative our Heavenly Father is. The time he put into creating our Earth, The amazing things that water and wind can do to rock. One of the Days it was kinda rainy so we explored Moab. We got t-shirts made and took some silly pictures, and ate at an amazing Italian restaurant. It was a nice break from camp food. The the day we were heading home we all stopped at this really cool park that had all these musical instruments to play. We had so much fun running back and forth playing all them. What a great idea for a playground. Anyway here are some pictures of our trip. First are pictures of us and the next are pictures of the scenery.
I would strongly advise everyone to take a trip and explore Arches and Moab. We are planning on taking a camping trip with our friends to a different National Park every summer. Oh yeah one more little announcement. The reason why Tia is toting my child everywhere is'nt because I am a lazy mooch but because we are having another baby in January. Yeah!!! So the doctor said the only way I could go on the trip was if I took it easy. Which I didn't do very well cause I hiked my butt off. Anyway, We are excited about our new addition and if it is a girl we expect lots of baby clothes from everyone. Just Kidding I am sure she will look just as pretty in blue.

Hey everyone. I have to thank Heavenly Father because I have the best sons in the world. My oldest Benjamin just turned three. He is so great. He loves his little brother and says Caleb is his best friend. He is always willing to go get Caleb's diapers and things to help mommy out,and if Caleb wants a toy he doesn't want to share he will go find something else for him to play with. Benny loves Spider-man. So this year we had a Spider man party. I have to say me and Chris did a pretty good job on the cake.

Then the kids got to shoot each other with spider webs(aka silly string).

Benny looked like he was taking a whizz every time he tried to shoot his webs.

All the kids had lots of fun decorating thier super hero cupcakes and then even more fun devouring them.

We all sang Happy Birthday and Benny blew out his candle. He is really into blowing out candles. The last three birthday parties we went to he cried cause I wouldn't let him blow the candle out.
He had a lot of fun opening his presents. He got a Bob the Builder hat and tool set from Grandma and Grandpa, and a sand and water plat table from Nona and Grandad. His party silly string and poppers, plus the cup cake decorations came from his Great Grandma Lois. Thanks everyone for helping us give Benny a great 3rd Birthday.
As a side note. While Chris was taking the MCAT me and the boys walked to the library to sign up for the summer reading program and got free T-Shirts. Here is a cute picture of the boys in their shirts.
