Nap Time Secret

I have a secret weapon that I like to use on those days I really need a good nap and want Benny to take one too.

It works every time and he always gets excited cause he thinks he is just going to watch a cartoon, but 15 minutes in he is sound asleep. If you have a kid who won't nap, make the investment. It will be the best ten bucks you ever spent.

Halloween Is Here

Yes, it is that time of year again, when I expose you all to my horrible love of Halloween. Just so you know the music only gets worse as you keep listening. I have lots of fun activities planned for the kids this Halloween so hopefully I will have lots of posts. Thankfully, I also got Benny to agree not to dress as a Super Hero this year. He has agreed on a traditional costume. You will have to wait and see though. Pull out your Harry Potter Books and your scary movies It's time to Fly. Happy Haunting.

So much going on right now. I really have no idea where to start. I started Preschool at home with Benny. It is really fun. We play fun creative games and read books together. Lately his animal is the turtle. He likes to pretend he is one. Caleb thinks that he can sneak out of bed if he hides under his blanket. They both love the new sandbox I bought them, although it rained for three days right after I bought it and now it is all muddy, but alas I can by new sand. Joshua is crawling every where, pulling up and eating almost everything we do with his four teeth.He still laughs all the time and really likes to hear his own voice, REALLY! Lucy is learning to sit and stay. Chris is doing great in Med school. He is starting to get into the groove of things and loves telling me gross things when he comes home. I am tired every night from working out at the gym, hence the reason for lack of posting. I have got to lose weight or I think my bones are going to give out. So I have been pushing myself, and it feels great. We have a pretty busy schedule but we love it. I am really enjoying my cake decorating classes. Who knows maybe I will start a business with it. I haven't really gotten to the hard stuff yet though. Other than that we are still the same old Lees. We are really homesick for Utah, but we love our ward and are glad to be close to family. I am enjoying my new calling as Gospel Principles teacher. Chris is really enjoying getting to know the Young Men as Y.M. President. I haven't gotten my visiting teaching route yet, hopefully soon. Maybe it is a good sign that lots of people are doing their V.T. I hope everyone else is enjoying their lives as much as we are. Keep me posted.
